What Causes Lump Inside Retina?

yes, I recently had a cataract removed, it seemed good, then I lost the vision due to pressure in the retina. it is slowly returning, there is a lump inside the retina, no one can explain what caused it, nor can they tell me what the medical term is for this. It is causing some hardships, since i have a cataract
on the right eye as well. I hesitate to have the right eye done

In such a case I will suggest you to undergo detailed fundus examination as well as B-scan of both the the eyes.
