What Causes Lump Inside The Rectum And Burning Sensation Around That Area?
I have a lump inside my rectum and it causes burning sensation around that area and in my groin. My stools have been softer than normal. I have been feeling tired and feel like throwing up but not to that point yet. This has been going on for 6 months.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain lump in the rectum along with burning sensation in the area can be due to Hemorrhoids or piles.. I would suggest you to consult a Proctologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations and like Anoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly. In case of Hemorrhoids you can be advised to apply a steroid ointment along with a numbing gel in the area.. You can also be advised to take a high fibre diet along with plenty of fluids.. In case if there is no improvement you can be advised surgicl treatment like Rubber band ligation, sclerotherapy, Cryotherapy etc..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
