What Causes Lump Near Vagina?

Hi, I just noticed I have a lump near my vagina.. I have never had this before. Iam 27 and only noticed this 2 days ago. Wen iam standing up i can notice it .. I dont know what to do.. And its not sore. when i press on it, i can just feel the lump. Its on the lower right side. Please help

it could be bartholin cyst. and for this you have to consult obs - gynae. surgeon and confirm the diagnosis and operate.
