What Causes Lump Of Brown Discharge And Bleeding After Intercourse?

Hi i went to the toilet to notice a lump of brown discharge the other day the same night i had intercourse n started bleeding really heavy over two days now for the last two days ive been spotting and had discharge with tiny red lumps init could u help.
