i am a 20 year old male and my butt has been hurting for the past couple of days so i finally looked to see what was going on so i went to a mirror and opened my butt chechs and i saw a lump that was as big a round as my pinky and was about an inch long

From history it seems that there might be having ingrown hair follicle infection giving rise induration and swelling.
There might be having forming abscess.
This infection might be due to having more perspiration and lack of proper hygiene due to unable to reach the site properly.
Go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course for 3-5 days.
Keep local hygiene clean and dry.
Ok and take care.
