What Causes Lump On Child S Buttocks?

Hi, whilst changing may 20 month olds nappy tonight I felt two small hard lumps, which weren t there last night! They were hard and didn t move, didn t seem to bother him. What are they? Really worried so will be taking him to drs ASAP. Any info appreciated. Thanks
