following extraction of my remaining teeth on lower jaw i developed a lump, one dentist thought it was a cyst but as it was hard referred me to a hospital. i can apply pressure and reduce the lump and taste a salty 'stuff', however my own dentist thought it may be cancer - can you help allay my fears as my hospital appointment is yet to come through
