What Causes Lump On Lower Left Cheek Above Jaw Bone?

Hi I have got a lump about the size of a small marble in my lower left cheek just above my jaw bone, it is not visible but easily felt with finger tips. It is not painful as such but is tender if touched, I have not got any other symptoms, the lump has been present for about 2 days

hello thanks for consult at hcm..lump could be an abscess due to periapical or periodontal,,or it could be also due to lymph node enlargement secondary to infectious tooth..so plz consult a dentist for iopa radiograph,and check up,, hope it helps,,tc
