HI
Well come to HCM
Soft tissue injury is the first thing to be appeared in injury still x-ray study may needed if symptoms increases or does not improved, if I would be your doctor then I would treat this condition with Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day better to wait for some time with the suggested medicines, take care, have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
