What Causes Lump On Testicles?

Hi Dr. I am Badar, a 26 yr old male. for months now i've noticed a small lump on one of my testicles, its like a Cap on the left testicle. It doesnt hurt and i only notice it when i touch it, what is it pls? and should i be worried? and pls what should i do about it? thanx

I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Obsession of testicular lump-which in reality mostly is -Epididymis with Cyst of Hydatid of morgagni.
Other causes as Spermatocele needs to be ruled out.
USG study of the scrotum and Second opinion from Surgeon would resolve this ambiguity with other causes of the testicular lumps.
In My opinion you need not worry as its a normal anatomical structure.

Hope this would help you to reduce worry with your problem.
