What Causes Lump On The Right Bottom Side?

I have a small lump on the right bottom side of my far that stays around the same size sometimes getting a little bigger and then returning to its most normal size. It only hurts slightly when I touch it and I can move it around some. It is pretty hard but really does not hurt that much. What could this be?

Hi,This lump could be Pilonidal cyst with recurring infections in it.
Get the xray done/ and USG which would fix the diagnosis.Consult ER Surgeon who would treat it accordingly.
Hope this would resolve your query.
