Hi.. For the last 2 months something has been irritating what i would call the wall of my throat.. Went to the doctors nothing there and said i was fine.. Soon after i started to get niggling pains in my throat more the left side... I then randomly one day found a lump but its not hard and sometimes i cant feel it about a grape size where my heart beats in my neck on the left hand side.. Whilst this had been happening i also hear my heartbeat vigorously in my left ear especially at night time when i try to sleep. I feel like im going mad as ive been to the doctors and they said im fine however i never seem to get out my symtoms properly without stumbling over my words.. Im a highly stressed person and lately it had been very bad however ive been freaking out so much about my health i feel like im damaging it? The heart beat in my left ear is very like a wooshing sound and i am only 20.. Please help :(
