What Causes Lump On Throat Of A 8 Year Old?
My son is 8 yrs old and he has small lump on his throat , it is on his center right , it is small and I have tried to squeeze it in case it was some sort of pimple but it is more of a lump. He has no other symptions, he eats and sleeps well , please advise. Thank you

The lump on the throat appears to be small one most likely what is called as branchial cyst ----must have started as a small dot and as the baby grows it is getting slightly bigger and filled with material.Dont squeeze it or press it.Take your son to pediatric surgeon who will examine it ,take out fluid in a syringe,test it ,do some blood tests and may have to remove it depending on the result.
