What Causes Lump Under Chin?

I have a small lump under my chin. I did not notice it until I a few hours after I screamed as hard as I could a couple of days ago. It doesn t really hurt unless I push on it and then it feels like a bruise. I m wandering if this could be some kind of muscle strain?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have submandibular lymphnode enlargement or you may have inflammation of submandibular gland. You should take a course of antibiotics. If it doesn't respond to treatment then go for biopsy.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
