What Causes Lumps All Over The Scalp?

Hey. I ve got pimples on my scalp. I get headache if I scratch them. I also get headaches without scratching the pimples. If the headache is severe, I really don t know but it hurts to the point that sometimes I put my hand on my head and stop moving and it goes in seconds sometimes it lasts for more than just seconds. I m really worried and I m afraid I can t do a CT scan or something. Is there anyway I or you can tell if it s serious?

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
You might have developed folliculitis.
Folliculitis is a bacterial infections.
Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.
Please meet a dermatologist and request to do culture and sensitivity test on pus obtained from the lesion for exact diagnosis.
Once the exact bacteria is known, specific treatment can be given.
Improper use of antibiotic can lead to resistance.
