My husband has multiple small, hard, unmovable lumps along the back of his neck/base of his skull. The are not tender, however he does get headaches in that region often and is usually quite fatigued. He is 21 years old, extremely active (military) and has had these lumps since he was a sophomore in high school. Any ideas what this might be?
Hello These lumps can be lymph nodes. Usually lymph nodes of this region are enlarged in infections of scalp or ear canal. A photograph would have helped me much better. Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis. Let me know if you have any other doubts Thank you
