What Causes Lumps And Soreness In Between Vagina And Anus?

I have got several itchy and sore lumps in between my vagina and anus, and have had them for sevreal months now. I assumed they were piles so started to use anusol cream where I saw some improvement so stopped using it. but now it seems the lumps have got bigger, are more sore and have started to bleed, especially after going to the toilet. I am now worried as to what it is and extremely shy to go and get it looked at. Plus I am unsure whether it is best to see a nurse or go to an STD clinic to get looked at? Please can you help!

You seem to have intero-external piles,as they bleed during toileting and has responded to anusol cream.Consult a ER Surgeon and you would be treated accordingly.
