What Causes Lumps Around The Anus And Vagina?

I m 18 and I have a slightly pinkish lump (about 1/2 cm big) slightly to the right and in between my anus and vagina. It s not squishy, and is firm. I first noticed it about a week ago as it was smaller and un painful. However, today when I was wiping it began to hurt and has continued to feel tender and a little but painful and it has gotten bigger than when I first noticed it. Nothing comes out or anything it s just under my skin creating a slight lump. Just wondering what this could be?

From the limited facts and story of your query, you seem to have infective lump , and mostly it is Boil / hair follicle in that are.
Treatment-Would depend on the cause.As I don't have any first hand clinical information, I would suggest to consult ER Surgeon to rule out other causes and who would treat it accordingly by either medicines or by surgical excision if need be.

Don't Self-treat or medicate in your case as the case may go in to further complications.
