What Causes Lumps, Burning Sensation And Discharge From Penis?

Hi, i have recently had unprotected sex for the first time; oral, anal and vaginal. Now i have recently discovered white marking/lumps on the tip of my penis, i also get a painful burning sensation when peeing and also noticed that a yellow substance discharging from my penis. Are you able to tell me how to get rid of these or be able to tell me what it is?

Consult a urologist and get evaluated, the symptoms can be due to STD (sexually transmitted disease). You can go for a microscopic examination of urethral discharge.
