What Causes Lumps In Tonsils Area?

hi i have noticed a lump a little lower than my left area of tonsils it is alittle hard and painless i do have an infected wisdom tooth which needs to be extracted and it frequently swells but i bear it as i was afraid of the doctor plz tell me the cause of this lump like thing do i have to worry secondly will it go itself or should i take anyy antibiotic

1.The symptoms constant with the frequent infections which cause swollen tonsils.
2.If you think its not the swollen and it is hard lump.
3.Then it he's to be examined by ENT and a swab or a sample (biopsy) can be taken to confirm the cause.
4.First try to get a course of the antibiotic and see if it goes.
