What Causes Lumps On/off On Back Of Neck, Hands, Near Wrist?

hi, in the last couple of years i have noticed random lumps appearin over me. i have one on the back of my neck at the top which has been there a couple of years, then i noticed a new one on my hand near m wrist. ad now i just noticed new one on the bottom of the back of my neck near my shoulder. i also had one years ago on my wrist but that disapeared eventually. what should i do. im 21 and reasonably healthy

not to worry much as this is benign condition like sebaceous cyst or lipoma but could be lymph nodes also!

if really worries you can go for an FNAC test for confirmation
