Hi, I have 2 soft lumps (one bigger then the other) on side of my left shin. The bigger of the two aches when standing or sitting for periods if time. They are not ball shapped but more like 1/2 of a boiled egg. I was a bartender for most of my life (20+yrs) so standing for ling periods if time was common. I am currently 48 yrs old and female. Cancer does run in my family, mainly intestinal and breast. Do you think I should be concerned?
Hi...thanks for sharing your problem here in this forum.... As you said that there are two lumps each of size 1/2 of egg size...to give you most probable diagnosis i need to know some history like duration, pain, increase or decrease in size, any tenderness,mobility,...all these points are important... Even then the history you provided it seems like these are non cancrous lesions may be lipoma,s or they may be venous dialatation... I will advise you to consult your surgeon to give you proper diagnosis and treatment option...thanks Dr ihsan
