do not have intercourse but lumps on vulva once in a while,could it be hormones,also shower sweats ,cough up sticky phlegm every day,sore throat al time,hard to swallow, cough when eaten food,, burn up a lot ,feels sick sugary foods,back pain arthritis, problem,on medication,dry skin even after wahsed

the vaginal lumps could be a hormonal effect or even clogged Bartholins glands, I cannot say without a visual exam. As for the other symptoms they can easily be related to a gastric condition like acid reflux, peptic ulcers, etc. Please visit your doctor for the same
