What Causes Lumpy Mole In Armpit Which Oozes Brown Stuff?

I have a Lumpy mole in my armpit, been there since a child. It has been sore a larger than normal with a small pin point black head. Today I sqeezed it and A large amount of brown stuff came out along with what looked like black fuzz. Should I be alarmed? This has never happened in 30 years.

As your description goes it is dermoid cyst though it can only be confirmed after examination of the same. Currently it is infected and hence needs treatment , kindly consult a surgeon at the earliest.
