Good morning
Sorry to hear about your ill health
First of all I would like to tell you that IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion
Especially of this is associated with painful lymph nodes in the neck we should interpret the symptom complex carefully and investigate them as soon as possible
The possibilties could be any where from infections to cancer and its hard to tell without examining you and investigations
So I would suggest you to visit a doctor without further delay
I hope I had given you a relevant caution of your symptoms
I would like to hear from you in case of any further query
Wish you a speedy recovery
