I have a massive indent in both my thighs going sideways. they arent painful but on either side of the indent theres a massive lump. very noticiable in pants and barelegged. it looks as if there is something cutting into my legs. what is this? how do i get rid of it? - i am not overweight
You have massive indent on both the thighs and on either side of the indent are massive lumps that are noticeable. Indentation and prominence of muscles sideways is dependent on the muscular and fatty tissue configuration of the body. Gaining weight will help the indentation to become less noticeable. Indentation is a sign of reduced body fat.
Take home made balanced diet and make sure your fat level increases to help normalize the thigh contour/ configuration. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get required tests and investigations done to detect lymphedema or neuropathy that may cause symptoms you are experiencing. Get treated at the earliest. Do walking and exercises regularly but do not overdo it. Stay away from addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
