I have had meatus iritation days after masterbation. now i have one bump next to my meatus. i have had one partner i got tested for gonnerea and claymydia I m clean. but I m worried about this raised bump i noticed today. its not cauliflower shaped just a raised red bump.

It can be an infected sebaceous gland in the region. These are oil glands and can get infected during masturbation. Do not worry if your STD tests are normal. However, you may consult a doctor to confirm your condition and take necessary treatment.
