Hello and welcome to HCM,
Low iron content in body can occur due to low iron intake, low iron absorption and increased iron loss.
Iron deficiency leads to iron deficiency anemia.
Iron deficiency anemia causes symptoms of lethargy, weakness, decreased concentration etc.
Lack of attention and forgetfulness can also occur in cases of anemia.
However, loss of vision is unlikely to be associated with iron deficiency.
I suggest you t consult an eye specialist for clinical assessment and assessment of vision.
Corrective action can be taken once examination is done.

Thanks and take care
