my name is karim bux and i am 38 years old
my t-3 level total = 129.000 reference range 84-172
t-4(thyroxin) =11.400 = 4.5-12.5
tsh=0.462 = 0.4-4

my height is 5ft 8 inch
my weight is 85 kg
my memory is weak i mostly forget routine things, mostly depressed

Your thyroid profile is within the normal range and you have nothing to worry about it. However, your body mass index appears to be above normal and needs to be brought under control. For your age, early onset of Alzheimer's is rare. If you are depressed as you have said, you need to visit a Doctor. However, you can use various memory improvement exercises. Most importantly try to improve your physical activity as it can help in your overall improvement too and it can reduce depression and also prevent early onset of Alzheimer's.
