Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
According to your description the possibilities are :
- urinary tract infection which can present with suprapubic pain, burning micturition, tiredness etc.
- pelvic inflammatory disease which can also present with pain like menstrual cramps and can lead to urinary tract infection.
-Sometimes because of hormonal effect or due to some local causes like fibroids etc you can see early onset of menstrual periods with premenstrual symptoms like cramps. You can try antispasmodic drugs like mefenamic acid to relieve the pain and taking plenty of water can decrease burning microtnutrition. If pain persists even after taking these measures better to consult your gynecologist once, get examined and if needed go for investigations white urine routine and microscopy, ultrasound and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
