What Causes Mild Abdominal Cramps And Loss Of Appetite?

Hi! I ve been having some mild cramping around outer abdomen and loss of appetite. Also some weakness, fatigue, no fever. I m a teacher, so thought it may be viral. Wow, guess it takes a few days to feel better from that. Seem to be getting stomach things more the past few years.
