Dear elevated hypertension nay cause hypertensive emergency in which may cause end irfan damage .may present with head ache and cardiac pain (due to elevated atrial pressure, decreased diastolic coronary perfusion),renal involvement us there. but median nerve palsy may be due to carpaltunnel syndrome. may be not related to hypertension. first you have to take antihypertensive drugs and need to consult cardiologist . then he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
