Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Cerazette is a progesterone only contraceptive. Oral contraceptives, including cerazette can cause irregular bleeding.

This can occur during the first few cycles of using the medication but normally resolves in time.Break through bleeding is bleeding that occurs between periods.
This is likely the cause of the blood that you are seeing at this time.

I hope this helps
