What Causes Mild Cramps And Nausea?

5 days ago my boyfriend and I were messing around without a condom on. I believe he had gotten pre-cum between the region of my anus and vagina opening, or just directly on top of it. I cannot recall. However, he DID NOT ejaculate on me--only precum. Being cautious, I took Plan B the day after just incase. However, as of right now, I am experiencing very mild cramps. Nothing too painful. I also feel as if I have something in my throat, I feel as if food is traveling up my throat. I do not have a strong urge to throw up, it is just very uncomfortable. All in all, could I be pregnant?

Hi dear thanks for writing to health care magic!!
Even preejeculation contains sperm so there are high chances of you getting pregnant bcoz of unprotected sex, though you have taken plan B but 5% chances are still their of pregnancy, so I advise if your periods gets delay by 10 days do the urinary pregnancy test and blood HCG level done to confirm under gynecologist consultancy.. cramps and light pain are possible due to plan B for that I advise to take tab ibuprofen or acetaminophen.
