What Causes Mild Fever, Headache And Abdominal Pain?
i have had low fever for the past two days. my back has been aching since. i developed a slight cough today. my head aches whenever i sit up or stand - it goes from the front of the forehead to the back of the neck. i also feel chilly and my body hurts just with the wind blowing at me. i also have an upset stomach - i have not pooped for the past 2 days and there is lots of gas. it makes me nauseous. sometimes there would be a sharp pain just below the gastric. please help
welcome to Health care magic. 1.It looks like acute gastro-enteritis which generally associated with pains fever. 2.With features of constipation suspect of any gall bladder pathology. 3.What i would suggest you at this time if you are my patient, i would have asked for a ultrasound abdomen to find the cause. 4.Once the cause is found then treat accordingly. If not, then stool softener and symptomatic treatment. 5.Recommend you to get an appointment, and needful investigations done. Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
