Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello,
Good day.
Fever and shivering is unlikely to be due to thyroid and you need to rule out any infection. SInce you have symptoms for 20 days, you may need blood and urine tests. Please consult a doctor. Your TSH is definitely very high and please increase the dose of thyroxine to 75 mcg daily and recheck TSH after 6 weeks.
You can increase your iodine intake. Take sea food and iodized salt. Other than that, there is no other natural treatment
