Pulmonologist 's  Response
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should definitely consult doctor for your symptoms.
Your symptoms, fever, chest pressure, breathlessness, coughs etc are more suggestive of lung infection (pneumonia).
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and chest x ray.
You will need higher antibiotics, painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
So don't wait at home, consult doctor as soon as possible.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
