I am 35 years old and have had regular periods for years, lasting 4-6 days. Last month my period lasted for about 8 days and was very light. this month my period lasted for 12 days and stopped for a few days and started again yesterday very light. I have been experiencing mild headaches and mild cramps, with some constipation. is this something I should worry about?
