What Causes Mild Pain Around Groin And Leg After Draining An Abscess?

My abscess popped the other day I pushed as much pus/ blown liquid aswell as blood the next day I went to A&E they gave me some antibiotics and some bandages there is a little pain near my groin and it feels like the top of my leg aches there is a little bit of yellow pus and blood in the morning just a little worried

I read your question carefully
it seeems that during the process of draining the abscess by yourself you have traumatized surrounding tissue,it good that you are using antibiotics, but if you still have pus you have to contact a doctor to drain it again not to do by yourself.
