Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
age-34 height-5.4feet weight-59.8kg. Sir, i have a mild pain left side below the ribs. I have gone for ultrasound scan, it shows, LEFT RENAL MICROLITH 3mm. Is my pain because kidney or something to do with gastric etc... My stools are very normal and no gastric sensation and heartburn
Hello, Yes, the pain is most probably due to your renal microlith. Based on your symptoms, your gastric functions are fine. If you were my patient I would advise drinking lots of warm water and reduced salt intake. This will flush out the stone and relieve your pain. Hope I have answered all your queries. If you have any further questions I would be happy to help.
