Hello. I'm 22 years old and have recently been dealing with chest pain and discomfort. I've picked up on my exercise running about 6 miles a week. Last night was the first night to experiance chest pain while sitting. Moving made it worse and it was tender to the touch. It's only on my left side. Last night it lasted for about 3 1/2 hours. It just started again about 30 minutes ago. What does this sound like?
