What Causes Mild Pain In Lower Right Abdomen?
40 yr old female. I have a dull ache , lower right abdomen , between hip and pelvis , this achy, dull feeling has been there for some time, over a year . Have had womb removed recently due to fibroids, I use to think this ache was because of the fibroid, but womb gone ache,dull , mild pain still there ?

Dull achy pain persistent for a long time is concerning for ovarian pathology like a cyst. Physical examination and Ultrasound evaluation are required. So please follow up with your ObGyn.
