What Causes Mild Sore Throat?
I swallowed semen for the first time 3 weeks ago and ever since I have had a slight sore throat ( nothing major ) but more noticeable is the taste on swallowing....way back at my tonsils - just concerned I have bacteria infection or something? what could it be?

You are having sore throat condition that is acute pharyngitis condition
You can be prescribed decongestant like phenylephrine or levocetrizine...
Levocetrizine will be more safe as decongestant
Second cefixime like antibiotic course also given for 5 days in sore throat
For identifying exact organism and accordingly antibiotic I will advise to investigate with throat swab culture
