What Causes Mildly Thickened And Eheterogenous Endometrium With Increased Vascularity?

my ultrasound scan suggests mildly thickened and eheterogenous endometrium with increased vascularity suggestive of RPOC. i have taken mt pill and mesoprost to terminate my pregnancy at 4 weeks. Did the ultrasound after 18days of flow started after taking the medicine.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion your ultrasound features suggest incomplete abortion.RPOC means retained products of conception.So I suggest you to consult gynaecologist and get a D&C done.MTP pill has not completely cleared the pregnancy.And I suggest you take abortion pills only under doctor supervision to avoid complications like incomplete abortion or heavy bleeding.
