White discharge from thr vagina may require antibiotic coverage as this could most probably be due to an infection, which one exactly can be predicted after a laboratory analysis. You could request your doctor or clinic for a urine culture and sensitivity examination and a vaginal swab test which should help confirm the infection.
As for the white discharge from the belly button, this could be due to an abscess of sorts, but requires a physical examination as well. In the meantime, keep both regions clean and use a q-tip to clean the inner part of your belly button, please make sure it is sterile and do not touch the region with your hands.
Best wishes.
