What Causes Milky White Urination?
My age is 41, height is 5.8 ft and weight is 90 kg. I discharge milky white urine which is usually milky white during the first flow in the morning and subsequently dilutes during the day. I have no symptoms and my sex life is also healthy. I have done urine routine and urine culture - it says that WBC is high and culture report says its sterile and no growth. a doctor prescribed Zanocin OD - 10 tabs for 5 days and the course is also over but there is no change. Milky white urine persists. Pl advise.

As from your history it seems to be chyluria (white color milky urine).
as some infection in urinary pathway like ureter,bladder and in filariasis (complicated stage),lymph flow abnormality will lead to white milky urine.
As urine routine and culture investigation done. however confrim whether the sample had taken from early morning urine is ideal as you got the milky white in the morning urination.otherwise repeat it.
