What Causes Mirror Like Image In Vision?
For the past hour, i am seeing a mirror like image with jagged edges that appears to have various colors around the jagged edges. This images also obstructs the right side of my ipad screen. I had an eye exam this past April, which was normal. Exam included a glaucoma test. i am 74 years old and do not have diabetes, i do have osteoarthritis in neck, thoracic spine, knees, & lumbar spine. I currently take 2.5 mg Altace brand for Hypertension (1 x day) as well as 60 mg Diltiazem (2 x day).

I hear that you are concerned about sudden change in your vision. These symptoms your are describing is concerning for a detached retina. If I were your doctor I would immediately call your eye doctor for evaluation. This can be corrected but needs immediate attention
