What Causes Miscarriage During Pregnancy?

Hello. I m pretty sure I was pregnant the last month and half or so. I m also pretty sure I had a miscarriage last week but didn t put it all together until now. I know it s way to late to tell if that s what happened. I know I m not pregnant now though. This whole thing is making me feel horrible, it s even giving me nightmares. I just need advice.

I understood your concern and My opinion is that first you confirm your pregnancy with urine kit . , because without that you can not tell that you are pregnant, if it shows negative than nothing to worry
if urine pregnancy test shows positive result than please do one pelvic ultrasonography to see weather any retained products is there or not.
If it comes normal than please take care for future pregnacy with regular intake of folic acid tablets and progesterone support because it will reduce chances of miscarriage
