Hi,

You need to rule out thyroid issue and diabetes first by serum TSH estimation and random sugar estimation.

The Hormonal imbalance also could be causative.
So get checked your prolactin, FSH, LH and DHEA level as well.

The weight gain also can cause delayed period.

USG scan will help in rule out any ovarian issue if present.

Kindly suggest gynecologist for detailed evaluation.

Hope I have answered your question.

Let me know if I can assist you further
