What Causes Missed Period With History Of Tubal Ligation?

Had the tubal ligation procedure called Essure 1-09-09 normal menses always .... Last menses 10/11/14 , but No menses as of today 11/28/14 but I started having dark brown discharge with clumps in it (really dark almost like poop) 11-25-14 & I also took 4 pregnancy test that were all negative... Can u please tell me what s going on? I also been having breast tenderness & extremely back pain

Welcome to HCM.
Sometimes there may be failure of tubal ligation that may lead to unexpected pregnancy.
One more will be ectopic pregnancy.
In both these conditions there will be high levels of HCG levels.
Get an urine pregnancy test and if it is negative you can use Tab.REGISTRONE 5 mg thrice for three days . It will cause withdrawal bleeding and your cycles will start.
Get an ultrasound scan if symptoms get worse..
